I love the theme song of the movie.
The plot is about Andy, a fresh graduate who gets a job in a fashion magazine, but actually she has long dreamed to be a journalist. It's necessary that Andy should get Miranda's recommendation letter, so Andy has to survive being Miranda's assistant. Somehow, Andy hurt Emily and her boyfriend. Although she always says "I have no choice.", it's she that chooses to answer the phone call from Miranda, and to follow her order.
I like Andy's persistence and kindness and I also like the way she dresses. Her clothes get more and more fashionable. As an excellent assistant, she's smart enough to deal with everything.
I think having a goal is important. Every time when I wonder why I chose to major in such a difficult field, I'll remind myself to stick to my interest, my decision(internation trade), and my principle(being responsible)so that I won't repent. Actually, I was attracted by Miranda's attitude towards her own work. That's why she leads in the fashion industry.
Sometimes we don't really like our job. We work because we need money, but still we have to be responsible. After seeing the movie again, I have found that I should try my best to do everything well, even when I'm doing a very tiny thing, such as cleaning.
Some of the characters' quotes are impressive. Miranda said, "Please bore someone else with your questions." It means before you go to work, you have to be well-prepared, or you'll waste others' tome.
In a word, I love the movie, and also this course. In fact, it's a little difficult for me to discuss movies, but I'm still looking forward to next week's coming.
